- 貿易事業・店舗（ANIME STATION）・オンラインストアにおける取引に必要な氏名、住所、連絡先、購入履歴等
- 当社がシステム開発・運用を受託したお客様（飲食店等）の業務のために、外部サービス（フードデリバリーサービス等）のAPIを通じて受け取る注文情報（注文者の氏名、注文内容、受取・配達に関する情報等）
- 当社ウェブサイトの閲覧時に取得するアクセスログ等の情報

4. 受託業務における個人情報の取扱い
当社がお客様から委託を受けて取り扱う個人情報（第2項の注文情報等）は、委託元であるお客様との契約および連携先サービスの利用規約・API規約の範囲内でのみ利用します。委託元の指示に基づき、委託元が利用するPOSシステム等へ連携する場合を除き、当社が独自の目的で利用すること、第三者へ販売・提供することはありません。委託業務の終了後は、契約に従い速やかに削除または返却します。
5. 第三者提供
当社は、次の場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
- 法令に基づく場合
- 人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要で、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
- 利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、業務の全部または一部を委託する場合（サーバー事業者、配送業者等）。この場合、委託先を適切に監督します。

当社は、個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、漏えい、改ざんを防ぐため、アクセス権限の管理、通信の暗号化、認証情報の厳格な管理、従業者への教育など、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
7. 保存期間
個人情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間、または法令・契約で定められた期間に限り保存し、不要となった時点で速やかに削除します。採用応募の情報は、選考終了後に適切に破棄します。
8. Cookie・アクセス解析
当社ウェブサイトでは、利便性向上や利用状況の把握のためにCookieやアクセス解析ツールを利用する場合があります。これらにより個人を特定する情報は取得しません。ブラウザの設定によりCookieを無効にすることができます。

- Name, company name, email address, phone number, country and inquiry details you provide when contacting us or requesting a quote
- Name, contact details, desired position, work history and other details you provide when applying for a job
- Name, address, contact details and purchase history needed for transactions in our trading business, our ANIME STATION store and our online store
- Order information (such as the customer's name, items ordered and pickup or delivery details) that we receive through the APIs of third-party services, such as food delivery platforms, when operating systems on behalf of our business clients (e.g. restaurants)
- Access logs and similar data collected when you visit our website

- To conclude and perform contracts, ship products and issue invoices

4. Information Processed on Behalf of Clients
Personal information we process on behalf of our clients (such as the order information in Section 2) is used only within the scope of our contract with the client and the terms of service and API terms of the connected platforms. Except for passing it to systems the client uses, such as their POS system, on the client's instructions, we never use it for our own purposes, and never sell or provide it to third parties. When the engagement ends, we promptly delete or return it as required by the contract.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except:
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect a person's life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain consent
- When we outsource all or part of our operations (e.g. to server providers or carriers) to the extent necessary for the purposes above, in which case we properly supervise those contractors

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, leakage or alteration of personal information, including access control, encrypted communication, strict management of credentials and staff training.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law or contract, and delete it promptly when it is no longer needed. Job application data is disposed of after the selection process ends.
